This course starts by introducing the student to the Honeywell Spyder series of programmable unitary controllers and advances to job implementation. The class topics include specifications, architecture, commissioning, function blocks, simulation, debugging, downloading, LON network variables, proxy points, time schedules, applications, macros and sample programs.
The instructor, John Hutchey, is employed by Honeywell as a Product Support Specialist. His role with Honeywell involves supporting channel partners in sales, design, and commissioning of open-system projects. WEBs AX and R2 certified, his primary focus is supporting contractors to insure successful Lonworks, BACnet, and Modbus integrations on the Niagara platforms. In addition, John also supports CARE LNS integrations using the SymmetrE workstation platform.
Audience: Class is designed for students who are already NiagaraAX certified.
